What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and support configuration and optimization activities in SimCorp Performance Manager
- Provide expert-level guidance on investment performance measurement, calculations, and analytics
- Analyze and interpret financial instrument data across asset classes to support performance workflows
- Collaborate with technology and investment teams to deliver solutions aligned with PBOR best practices
- Perform data analysis and quality control, ensuring accurate and reliable performance reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of expert-level experience in investment performance, including attribution and return methodologies
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SimCorp Performance Manager
- 3+ years of strong working knowledge of financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, etc.)
- 3+ years of experience working within a technology or solution delivery team supporting a multi-asset class investment manager
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data quality management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of working knowledge in Azure DevOps for work tracking and CI/CD processes
- 3+ years of experience with other leading asset management platforms such as Charles River, Aladdin, Calypso, or Bloomberg
- 3+ years of strong familiarity with SimCorp's workflow orchestration, day-in-the-life operations, and production runbook management
