Job summary

EllisDon, a leading construction firm in Canada, seeks a Quality Lead to oversee PQMPs, ITPs, and contract interpretation across diverse project types. You will audit, review drawings and specifications, and implement the quality program while guiding teams and coordinating client communications.

Minimum 5+ years in construction (ICI preferred) with strong quality management, risk mitigation, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the construction industry (preferably ICI) with familiarity with quality management systems and practices.
• Ability to champion and lead the effective implementation of operational best practices, project quality plans, risk management strategies, and quality assurance/control activities.
• Self-directed, motivated team player thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and evaluate Project Quality Management Plans (PQMP) and Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Perform audits and address identified action items.
• Review and interpret contracts, specifications, and drawings with concise comments.
