Job summary

Arrow Engineered Products Woodstock is seeking a Quality Inspector/Engineer to develop and maintain inspection and test plans, and to coordinate external inspections such as TSSA and NDE. You will monitor process quality, ensure compliance with ASME/ISO standards, and support continuous improvement across departments.

You will review data, prepare test reports, and help implement quality plans including GD&T and CAPA initiatives, while leveraging your experience with CMM and QA software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a quality related function.
• Experience with CSA N299 quality requirements.
• Experience with ASME Section VIII and IX Welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and conduct first article inspections.
• Audit experience (ISO, ASME, PED, CWB).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ITPs and NDE reports and logs.
• Coordinate external inspections (TSSA, NDE, third-party).
• Monitor quality system performance and report NCR/CAR findings.
• Ensure compliance with customer and company standards.
• Assist cross-functional teams in process and quality improvements.
• Perform dimensional data collection and prepare test data.
• Evaluate data and draft deviation reports and CAPAs.
• Support R&D projects to improve manufacturing processes.
• Communicate customer requirements across the organization.
