Job summary

Linamar Corporation, a Canadian-founded global manufacturer, is seeking a Quality Clerk to ensure daily and monthly data entry and reporting are up to date, assisting the Quality Manager, Supervisor and department with correspondence and reports. The role supports quality processes across SPC data handling and documentation.

You will maintain quality records, review charts, enter data for Fast Response, SPC, scrap and IFS, and prepare regularly scheduled departmental reports, contributing to

Qualifications

• Understanding of Statistical Process Control.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate work with others.
• Computer skills in Windows, MS Office, Access, Outlook or similar programs.
• Maintain continuous learning in order to keep up with new developments in the field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Quality documentation including SPC charts, and files.
• Data entry, review charts and graphs for accuracy.
• Enter Fast Response, SPC, scrap and IFS data as needed.
• Produce and post regularly scheduled departmental reports.
• Coordinate Archive/Record Retention System.
