Job summary

RECRUITMENT PARTNERS INC. in Calgary is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead and enhance its corporate quality program across pipeline, facility and fabrication projects in Alberta and British Columbia, with 20–25% travel.

The role requires strong technical expertise, field experience and proven leadership, including audits, non-conformances and drive for corrective actions, plus collaboration with Operations, Project Management, clients and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QC leadership experience in industrial construction.
• Experience in pipeline, facility, and/or fabrication construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of piping, welding, weld procedures, and applicable construction codes and standards.
• Minimum Level 2 Welding Inspector certification required; NACE/AMPP and Red Seal credentials are assets.
• Proven leadership, accountability, communication, problem-solving, and client relationship skills.

Quality Control Manager

Our Calgary-based client, a respected Western Canadian industrial construction company, is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to lead and enhance its corporate quality program. Supporting pipeline, facility, and fabrication projects throughout Alberta and British Columbia, this role requires strong technical expertise, field experience, and proven leadership skills. The position involves approximately 20–25% travel to project sites across Alberta and British Columbia.

Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
