Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Quality Control Administrator in Toronto to ensure compliance with AML and KYC guidelines for client onboarding processes. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of KYC Quality Control experience within an investment bank and will be responsible for validating and approving onboarding requests. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. This is an onsite position with a duration of 12+ months.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in KYC Quality Control within an investment bank.
  • Strong knowledge of AML policies.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Validate new client onboarding requests according to AML KYC guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Client Onboarding team to enhance quality and process improvements.

Job Title: Quality Control Administrator

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 12 + Months

Daily Responsibilities

Validate, Assess, and Approve New Client Onboarding requests ensuring all data points and documentation provided have fulfilled regional AML KYC policy guidelines. In addition, working with the Client Onboarding team to drive process/quality improvements to increase throughput and reduce reworks.

Must Have Skills
  • Strong KYC Quality Control experience and AML policy knowledge working for a similar Investment Bank – typically 2 yrs experience minimum
  • Strong Communication skills, Team Player, Ability to work independently
