Job summary

VMCH invites a Quality Business Partner to work in Mulgrave, Australia, partnering with Care at Home leaders to strengthen quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the division. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating complex regulatory requirements into practical solutions that boost service quality and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in quality, compliance or management within Support at Home, aged care or community services.
  • Knowledge of aged care regulatory frameworks, quality systems, risk management and compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting accreditation, certification, audit activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to translate legislative requirements into practical operational solutions.
  • Strong commercial and operational awareness, with the ability to balance compliance requirements with service delivery outcomes.
  • Current Victorian Driver Licence.

The Position

As a Quality Business Partner at VMCH, you will partner closely with Care at Home operational leaders to strengthen quality, safety, compliance and continuous improvement across the division. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide practical, evidence-based advice that supports quality outcomes, regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness.

Success in this role requires a balanced approach that combines strong regulatory knowledge with operational understanding and commercial awareness, ensuring compliance is embedded as an enabler of high-quality service delivery.
