Job Overview:

The QA Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of products and packaging sold to consumers. Key focus areas include maintaining production process standards to prevent contamination, testing product attributes and packaging integrity, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing facility sanitation. The role also involves providing guidance to lab technicians and sanitation staff.

Night Shift

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical leadership in food safety and quality systems.
2. Lead plant initiatives on product safety programs and issues.
3. Conduct regular quality checks and educate production staff on quality standards.
4. Ensure ingredients and packaging meet specifications before use.
5. Maintain food safety standards within the facility.
6. Adhere to Give & Go’s quality and food safety standards.
7. Analyze and maintain product quality according to procedures.
8. Perform GMP and standards compliance audits.
9. Ensure high product and packaging quality within budgetary guidelines.
10. Promote safety in the workplace.
11. Recommend manufacturing practice improvements for safety.
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.
