Role Description

• Test Manager - HR Systems (Workday, Clarity PPM) We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for our critical HR systems, primarily focusing on Workday and Clarity PPM.

• As the Test Manager for HR Systems, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of these platforms through the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, management of test resources, and close collaboration with HR, IT, and vendor teams.

• This role requires a strong understanding of HR business processes, experience with Workday and Clarity PPM implementations and maintenance, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

• Responsibilities:

1. HR System Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases specifically for Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management) and Clarity PPM. Define test objectives, scope, and resource requirements for various testing phases, including functional, integration, user acceptance (UAT), and regression testing. Identify and manage test data requirements relevant to HR processes within Workday and project/portfolio management within Clarity PPM. Select and implement appropriate testing tools and methodologies for HR system testing. Estimate testing effort and timelines accurately for Workday and Clarity PPM projects and enhancements.
2. Test Execution and Management: Oversee the execution of test cases for Workday and Clarity PPM configurations, integrations, and enhancements. Monitor and analyze test results, identify defects specific to HR system functionality, and track their resolution within the relevant systems. Generate comprehensive test reports and provide clear and concise summaries of testing progress and quality metrics to HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders.

• Utilize defect tracking functionalities within Workday, Clarity PPM, or other tools.
