Role Description

• Test Manager - HR Systems (Workday, Clarity PPM)

We seek a skilled Test Manager to lead testing for HR systems, focusing on Workday and Clarity PPM. Responsibilities include developing test strategies, managing resources, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors. A strong understanding of HR processes and experience with these platforms is essential.

• Responsibilities:

1. HR System Test Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement test strategies for Workday modules (e.g., HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Absence Management) and Clarity PPM. Define objectives, scope, and resource needs for functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing. Manage test data requirements and select testing tools. Estimate effort and timelines.
2. Test Execution and Management: Oversee execution of test cases, monitor results, identify defects, and track resolutions. Generate reports and communicate testing progress to stakeholders.

- Utilize defect tracking tools within Workday, Clarity PPM, or other systems.
