As a Software Test Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you are shaping the future of digital health!

We are building a diverse, new team in Molfetta, integrating with existing teams in Italy and globally. Think start-up flair within an established organization! We look for team players who understand Agile development, enjoy technical challenges, can work two days per week in Smart Working, and aim to grow professionally. Since we work internationally, teamwork and fluent English are essential; additional languages are a plus!

What we expect:

• Create test concepts and test cases within an agile team based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Create and track bug tickets (using Jira and Confluence) and document results
• Formulate acceptance criteria for quality control as part of problem analysis and resolution
• Represent the customer's point of view as an agile tester (m/f/d), working closely with product development
• Monitor all phases of software development to identify errors, contribute to their resolution, and ensure quality standards
