Your Next Career Move

1. Create detailed QA artifacts such as test plans and establish effective QA processes to support the team, focusing on testing coverage.
2. Evaluate QA tools, technologies, and frameworks collaboratively with leadership.
3. Develop strategies and metrics for continuous quality improvement, including manual and automated testing, performance, and load testing.
4. Define and maintain QA policies, processes, and procedures.
5. Mentor and lead QA testers and project resources.
6. Participate in business development by discussing QA processes with clients.
7. Oversee test execution, monitoring, and reporting on quality metrics.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product vision and requirements.
9. Enhance automation testing to improve efficiency and coverage.
10. Analyze and communicate test findings, monitor bug resolution, and track defects.
11. Maintain and develop regression testing approaches and lead regression cycles.
12. Understand project and customer context, objectives, and use cases.
13. Contribute to project meetings, risk analysis, and issue resolution.
14. Prepare and test client releases.
15. Provide installation support for clients and manage hosted environments.
16. Perform other duties as required.

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience in software testing within a QA role.
• Experience with automated testing tools is an asset.
• Strong problem recognition and solving skills.
• Experience with relational databases and T-SQL.
• Understanding of agile processes, SDLC, and CI/CD; experience with TFS/Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Experience in release management is a strong asset.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Effective team interaction and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately.
• Bachelor's degree required.
