Your Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle internal calls from sales representatives and technicians, ensuring that the information in the customer management and monitoring station databases is accurate.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Make inbound and outbound calls with Liberty Sales representatives and Technicians for account creation, credit check support, customer welcome calls, installation scheduling, account updates, etc.
• Review and maintain departmental dashboards daily.
• Follow up on service calls and complete quality assurance requirements.
• Review and process customers' upfront and first-month invoices and payments.
• Be present, engaged, and available to answer questions and resolve team issues efficiently.

Skills/Qualifications:

• This is primarily an office position with a hybrid work environment (3 days in the office).
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, including handling calls, emails, data, and quality reports.
• Starting salary at $17.50 per hour.
• Experience using the Zoho platform.
• Experience in a customer service environment or call center is an asset.
