PepsiCo is seeking a Quaker Quality Assurance Coordinator to lead end-to-end quality on shift, ensuring sanitation, HACCP, and GMP compliance across the line. This role safeguards product quality and food safety while coaching and driving execution excellence.

You will act as the guardian of quality processes, oversee audits, and collaborate with teams to ensure timely resolution of holds and improvements, in a 12-hour continental shift setup at our Peterborough site.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality processes on shift and ensure sanitation, allergen sign-offs, and HACCP checks.
• Govern general standards to protect brand equity and compliance.
• Provide shift-level expertise to close audit actions efficiently.
• Ensure timely holds and near-miss follow-up actions.
• Lead food safety investigations, root-cause analysis, and closures.
• Hours: 12-hour shifts with continental rotation.

Overview

The Quaker Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for leading and coordinating the end-to-end quality agenda on shift, ensuring adherence to the Master Sanitation Schedule, mitigating food safety risks, and driving strong operator GMP compliance. This role provides frontline quality leadership across all areas of the scorecard, safeguarding product quality, food safety, and compliance standards through proactive oversight, coaching, and executional excellence.

Total Compensation: $56,700 - $92,400

Responsibilities

• Acts as the guardian for all quality processes on shift and is responsible for the execution of these processes to the required standard. eg allergen sign offs, sanitation right first time and on time, pre-requisite and CCP checks (HACCP), quality wall, internal audits, GMP enforcement, etc.
• Core governance on general standards to ensure brand equity
• Provide expertise on shift to drive improved accountability / closure of audit actions
• Ensures timely execution and resolution of holds and near miss follow up
• Leads food safety holds, investigations, risk assessments, root cause and closure within timescales
• Hours: 12 Hour Shifts- Continental Rotation.

Qualifications
