Reporting to the Team Lead, Quality & Projects, you will analyze HR data, identify trends and recurring issues, and collaborate across Employee Services and HR COEs to drive continuous improvement in how our shared services team operates.

You will support audits, maintain process documentation, contribute to system projects, and help keep the knowledge base that our Employee Services team relies on accurate and up to date.
