Job summary

You will support daily QMS administration, generate quality dashboards in Power BI, and prepare for ISO and GDP audits, while ensuring proper document control and SOP updates for temperature-sensitive goods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience coordinating or supporting Quality Systems (QMS).
• Proven proficiency in RCA and CAPA.
• Foundational knowledge of ISO 9001 and document control.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards.
• Experience with GDP and freight forwarding/3PL is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CAPA & RCA investigations and track through closure.
• Assist in daily administration of QMS and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
• Develop quality reports and dashboards in Power BI for leadership visibility.
• Manage document control and SOP updates for temperature-sensitive goods.
• Assist in audits and audit preparation (ISO/GDP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate CAPA & RCA: Actively drive incident investigations utilizing Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) tracking through to successful closure.
• Support the QMS: Assist in the daily administration of the Quality Management System, ensuring documentation aligns with ISO 9001 standards and freight forwarding regulations.
• Develop Quality Reports: Create, maintain, and update compliance reports and interactive data dashboards using Power BI to give leadership clear visibility into QMS performance.
• Document Control: Format, update, and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee the compliant handling of goods, particularly temperature-sensitive products.
• Audit Preparation: Support the senior quality and audit teams by gathering documentation, pulling reports, and helping prepare the branch for internal and external ISO/GDP audits.
• Training Administration: Coordinate and track employee QMS training, ensuring all staff records are up-to-date and compliant with internal policies.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of experience coordinating or supporting Quality Systems (QMS).
• Proven proficiency in executing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and managing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). (This is a strict requirement).
