Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, data science, or quantitative field; CFA/FRM is a plus.
• Experience in data management, business process design, asset management, or similar complex environment.
• Strong data quality focus and track record delivering timely, reliable data.
• Experience with analytics pipelines and tools: Python, SQL, automation & scheduling platforms, and data platforms.
• Demonstrates continuous learning and applying emerging technologies.
• Excellent problem solving and ability to structure ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication and cross-stakeholder alignment; collaborative team player.
• Ability to assess and mitigate process risks and escalate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate accuracy of analytics across multiple systems (performance, attribution, risk).
• Analyze data-quality exceptions and support timely resolution and signoff.
• Manage scheduled processes that calculate, save, and validate analytics.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
• Enhance analytics governance by ensuring scalable, automated processes.
