Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in sciences or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of related manufacturing experience.
- Good analytical and computer skills, risk assessment and KPI monitoring.
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Monitor QC data and shift reports to identify quality problems and implement actions.
- Assist training of manufacturing staff on customer requirements and process improvements.
- Provide technical expertise to lab staff on testing and release processes.
- Manage non-conforming materials via MBR and segregated areas.
- Support calibration, job-related audits, supplier audits, and internal problem solving.
