Mativ, Renfrew is recruting for a QUALITY ANALYST.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the Quality Analyst is involved in broad scope quality responsibilities for the site including, but not limited to, raw material specifications, control of non- conforming material, customer complaints investigation, equipment calibration, cable lab activities coordination, quality system maintenance, internal audits, supplier audits, and general problem solving. This individual is a key member of the Operations support team responsible for the overall operational effectiveness of the site.

Qualifications:
The Quality Analyst position requires post-secondary education (preferably in sciences) or equivalent job experience with a minimum of 2 years of related manufacturing experience as an asset. The individual should have good analytical and computer skills, risk assessment, technology acumen as it relates to Microsoft Office Suit, control charts, Development and Monitoring Quality KPIs, databases processing, and the use of spreadsheets. Effective communication and teamwork skills are required for this position to provide training and interact permanently with stakeholders to improve the quality of processes and products. Experience working with SAP or any other ERP system would be considered an asset.
