Job summary

Mondelēz International in Toronto is seeking a Quality Control/Quality Assurance professional to lead site quality management activities, including PDCA cycles, CAPA, internal audits, and change control.

You will manage COAs, document control, material testing coordination, and regulatory inspections, while supporting calibration tracking and GMP compliance.

Requires a BSc in Biology or Food Science and at least 3 years in food manufacturing quality, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

• Manage CAPA system, consumer complaints, and regulatory inspections.
• Coordinate COA verification, material testing, and supplier QC activities.
• Maintain document control and calibration tracker for lab/production equipment.
• Support GMP audits and hold investigations as needed.
