Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years in QA/QC with strong leadership, change management, and communication skills, plus familiarity with Canadian codes and safety standards. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma-based engineering/CM credential required.
• Experience leading QA/QC programs and interfacing with clients.
• Knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001) and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure QA/QC activities align with company and client standards.
• Develop and manage quality assurance programs in the region.
• Educate leadership on quality management improvements.
• Monitor deviations from specifications and address them.
