What You Will Be Doing

• Assist with the preparation and execution of the overall work plan and schedule.
• Organize and maintain project files and documents, manage electronic databases.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, plans, and logs.
• Review subcontractor and supplier progress applications and payment certificates.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding project notices and revisions.
• Participate in meetings and prepare detailed minutes.
• Assist with final document turnover at project completion.
• Coordinate deficiencies and keep project team informed of status and issues.
• Provide technical support to the project team as needed.

What Are We Looking For

• Post-secondary degree or diploma in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project support experience, preferably with an ICI contractor or subcontractor.
• Experience with electrical projects from start to finish.
• Effective team collaboration skills.
• Ability to interpret contract specifications and drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and SharePoint is a plus.
