Job summary
OWLSystems Solutions is seeking aQuality Assurance Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, performance, and accessibility of our web and software applications. The role emphasizes strong manual and automated testing capabilities within an Agile team.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium and API testing, contributing to comprehensive QA coverage and release readiness.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Experience in both Manual Testing and Test Automation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium).
- Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and testing lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases from requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain automated End-to-End and regression test suites using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.
- Conduct functional, integration, system, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Perform API testing and validate data flow between applications and interfaces.
- Conduct WCAG 2.1/2.2 and Section 508 accessibility testing and use accessibility tools.
