The KORE Intelligence Platform is a fan, partnership and revenue intelligence platform for sports & entertainment and related businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize robust test automation frameworks and supporting infrastructure to ensure efficient and scalable test coverage.
• Partner with developers, product managers, and UX designers to review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases across both frontend (UI) and backend (API/services) layers to ensure product quality.
• Work closely with development teams to identify, document, and troubleshoot defects, supporting smooth feature integration and successful deployment cycles.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, continuously improve testing strategies, and contribute to the evolution of quality engineering practices and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a QA Engineer with a strong focus on both frontend and backend testing.
• Familiarity with Angular testing tools such as Jasmine; experience with Playwright or similar modern end-to-end testing frameworks is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test plans, ensuring test reliability and coverage.
• Experience in building and executing test suites for applications built on the .NET Framework, including API and service-level validation.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to identifying edge cases and ensuring thorough coverage across test scenarios.
