Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG is hiring an IT Quality Intermediate Analyst in Mississauga, hybrid role. You will build and maintain automated test frameworks for UI and microservices, applying POM, Selenium, and BDD to reduce manual testing bottlenecks.

Responsibilities include automating UI/API tests, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines using Docker/Kubernetes. Strong Java/Python/JS skills and AI-assisted tools are required.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of hands-on QA and test automation experience in financial services or enterprise tech
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript with strong OOP foundations
• Experience designing maintaining Selenium WebDriver test suites, POM, and Cucumber (BDD) implementations
• RESTful API testing, microservices validation, and SQL/NoSQL database querying
• Familiarity with IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA), Git, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Tekton), and containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
• AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot to accelerate scripts
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and cross-team communication

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated UI and API tests using Selenium WebDriver, POM, and BDD/Cucumber
• Collaborate early in sprints to define testability hooks and acceptance criteria
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and execute in Docker/Kubernetes environments
• Monitor, debug, and analyze test failures; report root causes and metrics to improve quality
