Qualifications

• 6–10 years' QA experience focusing on test automation, ETL/data quality, and enterprise automation.
• Experience designing test automation frameworks (Python, Pytest, Robot Framework, PowerShell).
• Hands-on testing of platforms such as Xceptor, UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Informatica, Talend, SSIS.
• Strong Selenium experience and manual testing involvement.
• UI testing for modern web apps and API testing for service-based architecture.
• Hands-on performance testing and translating findings into improvements.
• SQL and Oracle skills for data validation and automated query-based testing.
• Interpret Excel BRDs/EVs and perform expected-vs-actual data comparisons at scale.
• Experience using Jira for defect management and test tracking.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Selenium-based automation frameworks.
• Perform end-to-end QA validation — functional, regression, integration, and ETL testing.
• Develop automation for data pipelines, ETL workflows, dashboards, and automation solutions.
• Validate RESTful APIs, microservices, and database layers using SQL/NoSQL.
• UI and API testing including contract validation and negative testing.
• Ensure testability and observability with engineering partners.
• Plan and execute load, stress, and endurance testing.
• Analyze results and coordinate remediation and re-testing.
• Create detailed test plans, estimates, and regression tests.
• Translate BRDs/EVs into scalable test scenarios.
• Validate data integrity in Oracle/SQL stores.
• Validate Tableau outputs for accuracy.
