Randstad Canada is seeking a QA Analyst to develop and manage test assets for SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce FSC. Responsibilities include test planning, case development, and automated/manual script execution in a remote setup for a 3-month engagement with potential extension.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in QA/testing, experience with SAP CRM and Salesforce products, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Are you a QA Analyst with experience developing and managing all test Assets, SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce FSC (test Plans, test Cases, and automated and manual test Scripts)?

Client: Financial Services

Duration: 3 months with a possibility for an extension

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $63-79/hr INC

Responsibilities

• Assess testing requirements and provide estimates of testing effort and resources
• Use a risk management approach to develop test plans, cases and scripts and prioritize test execution based on level of risk
• Works closely with the QA Lead - Enterprise CRM to ensure quality and completeness of test deliverables
• Execute testing of Salesforce product and all integration components, applying automation techniques as appropriate
• Assist in end-to-end testing of all components
• Analyze the impact of change on test environments, test plans and integration
• Liaise with all project participants, team leads, vendors, and other resources at various levels
• Use preventative testing techniques such as peer reviews and walkthroughs including all appropriate documentation
• Ensure test data is adequate and compliant to privacy and confidentiality rules
• Contribute in all aspects of the test execution phase including requirements change management and test conditions management
• Report overall status of testing activities and summarize issues encountered
• Transfer lessons learned and new/changed workflows to testing best practices and business systems knowledge repositories
• Ensuring standards, as defined by the Quality Assurance office, are met
• Identifies and resolves risks associated with achieving milestones

Qualifications

• Top Skills: Recognized Computer Science, related Software Development field or equivalent practical experience, with 5+ years experience in the Quality Assurance and testing field.
• Experience with automated and manual test tools.
• Experience developing and managing all test Assets (test Plans, test Cases, and automated and manual test Scripts).
• Experience with SAP CRM, Salesforce CRM and Salesforce FSC, familiarity with Financial Services Industry
• Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration, Development and Deployment and incorporating testing as part of an automated CI/CD pipeline
