Job summary

Core Laboratories in Canada is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support routine PVT analysis of pressurized crude oil and natural gas. You will perform sample handling, transfers, saturation pressure measurements, flash separations, and data entry under supervision.

The role requires a post-secondary diploma and 2+ years of related experience; strong communication, basic data calculations, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected; safety standards compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Two+ years of related experience and/or training preferred.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Transfer surface pressurized gas samples into high pressure storage cylinders.
• Perform multi-stage separator tests and flash separation tests.
• Conduct high- pressure single-phase density measurements and basic data calculations.
