Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency with JDE systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and purchase goods, materials, and services in line with company requirements.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery dates.
• Monitor order status and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve best value and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records in JDE or purchasing systems.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast demand.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues related to shortages, delays, or quality.
• Support inventory management by maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with supplier evaluations and cost analysis reporting.
