Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Location: Etobicoke, ON (Onsite)

Full time perm role

Responsibilities:

• Support the full procure-to-pay cycle, including purchase orders, vendor follow-ups, and invoicing
• Assist with vendor onboarding, RFQs, and material sourcing
• Help maintain supplier and product data (in very manual systems)
• Participate in physical and cycle counts and track inventory
• Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams
• Generate purchasing reports and help organize documentation

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain
• Strong Excel skills; any ERP system experience is a plus
• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain or Business preferred
• Comfortable doing grunt work and operating in a messy, hands-on environment
