Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $45,000.00/yr

Location: Brampton, ON (Onsite)

Full time perm role

Responsibilities:

• Track lease agreements, renewals, and key deadlines
• Coordinate utility setup, POS systems, vendor onboarding, etc.
• Support operational readiness at new sites and with vendor hand-offs
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors
• Maintain documentation and track lease-related compliance
• Assist with lease-related reporting and audit prep

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of coordination, leasing, or operations experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a small, dynamic office where flexibility is key
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or lease tracking tools is an asset
