IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking a Punch Press Associate to operate a punch press and produce plastic components in Neenah, WI. The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:50am–3:00pm, with an hourly wage of $15.

The successful candidate will set up equipment, load parts, monitor output, and maintain quality and safety at the workstation. Attention to detail, the ability to adjust settings, and adherence to procedures are essential as you work in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

The Punch Press role requires a strong work ethic and a high level of attention to detail. This position is responsible for producing plastic components in line with established procedures using a punch press. The individual must be able to adjust machine settings as needed to ensure parts are completed accurately, meet specifications, and are produced within required timeframes.Responsibilities:

• Set up and verify press/punch equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent product quality
• Load parts into the machine, activate foot pedal, and remove finished pieces
• Maintain material levels at the workstation to support continuous production
• Conduct routine checks during production runs to confirm output meets standards
• Inspect finished components for any defects or irregularities
• Complete additional tasks as directed by supervision

Job Requirements:

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting (up to 50 lbs), pushing, pulling, and moving items
• Repetitive motions during shift
• Frequent standing (up to but not limited to 8hrs). Requires moving around the plant to perform duties
• Ability to visually verify parts for quality due to set punch specifications
• Use of equipment & tools
• Wear required safety equipment when appropriate/necessary/required
• Must be able to use hands to handle or touch objects, tools, or controls
