The Ministry is seeking a Facility Service Worker to help maintain safe, clean, and functional government facilities. Qualifications

• Grade 12 education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and WHMIS.
• Physically able to lift, carry, and climb ladders.
• Valid driver’s licence and Fireman’s Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Snow removal and lawn care.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safety and security measures on-site.
• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform custodial duties to keep facilities clean.
• Maintain records of work and incidents.
• Assist with repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and resolve basic faults.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
