Databricks is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the Public Sector team in Ottawa. You will guide a group of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives, drive quota attainment, and expand consumption of our Data + AI platform across Canadian public sector clients.

You will oversee sales planning, cross-functional collaboration, and accurate forecasting to support a high-growth, value-driven sales culture. This is a strategic leadership role focused on long-term customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software sales teams.
• Proven success in high-growth environments with Named and Strategic accounts.
• Strong coaching and pipeline development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Enterprise Named and Strategic Account Executives.
• Set territory plans, quotas, and patches; manage investments.
• Forecast revenue and report on plan to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to own end-to-end revenue and customer success.
