  • Completion of high school/secondary school diploma (grade 12).
  • Medical Office Assistant diploma preferred.
  • 1 year experience in a medical/healthcare facility as a clinic/program assistant with Medical Terminology course.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception and administrative support to the health clinic team.
  • Coordinate and manage administrative duties to ensure timely access to health services for Beaufort Delta Region residents.
  • Maintain and utilize electronic health records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support infection control, safety and quality standards within the clinic environment.
