The University of Ottawa invites applications for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for ECO6130 Public Economics: Expenditure. This in-person student position at Main Campus runs from January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027, with a total of 65 hours and two pay rates for undergraduates and graduates.

Responsibilities include corrections and administration of assignments and exams, invigilating exams as required by the professor, and assisting students individually or in groups.

Competenze

• BA Honours in Economics or equivalent.
• Successfully completed the course or the equivalent.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Brightspace would be an asset.

Mansioni

• Corrections and administration of assignments and exams.
• Invigilate exams as requested by the professor.
• Assist students on a one to one basis or in group.
• Other related tasks requested by the professor.
