KITS, a TSX-listed direct-to-consumer eyewear retailer, seeks a Financial Controller in Vancouver to own monthly and quarterly close, consolidate Canadian and US entities, and ensure accurate reporting for MD&A and annual audit.

You will lead a three-person team, partner with the Senior Director and CFO, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements as the business scales.

Formación

• CPA designation required.
• 9+ years of related experience, including leadership of a financial close.
• Experience with public company reporting (MD&A, IFRS) and external audit.
• Cross-border USD/CAD reporting and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong internal controls and accounting policy development.
