Job summary

D&H Group LLP is seeking 3rd and 4th year Accounting Co-op Students to gain practical experience in a public accounting setting at our Vancouver office. The role offers exposure to diverse client needs across accounting, taxation, bookkeeping, and client service, working with Senior Staff, Managers, and Partners.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th year of an Accounting program.
• Completion of Canadian Tax course strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of Canadian personal income tax returns and related tax documentation.
• Provide support to Senior Staff, Managers, and Partners on a variety of accounting and tax engagements.
• Communicate with clients to obtain required information and documentation for assigned engagements.
• Assist with bookkeeping and accounting activities for clients, including businesses and professional proprietorships.
• Organize and maintain client files and supporting documentation while assisting with other accounting and administrative duties as required.
