The MRG Group is opening Gibbons Irish Pub in Vancouver, with an anticipated launch in November 2026. As General Manager, you will lead FOH operations, shape service standards, and drive brand growth inside a vibrant pub setting.

You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate live events, and ensure profitable operations while upholding safety, training, and guest experience standards.

Competenze

• Valid Serving It Right Certificate.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of hiring, training and developing engaging staff.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and align team with brand values and goals.
• Support daily operations, scheduling, timecard approvals and standards.
• Coordinate events, programs and venue activations with sales/marketing.
• Engage guests, gather feedback and ensure high service levels.
