Territory: Ontario, CA - Psychiatry
Target city for territory is Ontario. Candidates living within 40 miles of the territory boundaries— including areas like Barstow, Lucerne Valley, Chino, and Glendora— with access to a major airport will be considered.

As a Psychiatry Account Manager, you will promote our psychiatry portfolio, execute sales and marketing strategies, and utilize clinical knowledge to drive sales. You should be capable of handling complex commercialization challenges and demonstrate strengths in:

  • Business Planning & Account Leadership
  • Selling
  • Customer Development
  • Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise
  • Reimbursement
  • Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • 2+ years in healthcare sales (pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical devices)
  • Ability to pass disease and product training exams; annual certification required
  • Strong communication and self-starting work ethic
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Residence within 40 miles of the territory
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
  • Ability to meet industry credentialing requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specialty product sales, especially CNS/neuroscience
  • Successful sales track record
  • Experience with product launches and alliance partnerships
  • Leadership involvement in committees or panels

Travel: Willingness to travel 30-40% domestically for customer engagement and conferences.

The salary range for California residents is $115,000 - $142,000, with a potential sales incentive of $39,000. Benefits include flexible PTO, health coverage, 401k match, and a company car. For more details, visit our career site.
