Right at Home Hamilton East is seeking experienced Personal Support Workers to join our team in Burlington, Hamilton East & Stoney Creek. Day, afternoon and evening shifts are available, including weekends, with flexibility for split shifts.

Qualifications

• PSW certificate or equivalent required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR.
• Vulnerable Sector Screening clearance required or in process.
• Ability to work independently with team support.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Alzheimer's/Dementia training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to clients in Burlington, Hamilton East & Stoney Creek areas.
• Manage daily care tasks with a compassionate, client-focused approach.
• Maintain professional standards and documentation as required.
• Follow care plans and coordinate with care teams.
