Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking certified Personal Support Workers (PSW) to provide client-centered care across the Greater Hamilton and Burlington region. You will travel to clients' homes and assist individuals of all ages with their daily activities.

• Provide ongoing support, personal care and assistance with daily activities.
• Participate in continuous training to improve skills and client outcomes.
• Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Diploma as a Personal Support Worker, an international nursing degree or equivalent; nursing students are welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for travel within Greater Hamilton and Burlington.
• Willingness to travel throughout the region to visit clients in home and facility settings.
• Ready to provide proof of education, licence and certifications, and two supervisory references.
• Clear criminal record check with vulnerable‑sector screening and a negative TB test.
• Positive vaccination status against COVID‑19, Hepatitis, seasonal flu, or other provincially mandated illnesses (provincial regulations apply).
