Job summary

Right at Home Halton is seeking experienced Personal Support Workers to join our team in Burlington and Oakville. Immediate day and evening shifts are available; weekend work and pediatrics are possible.

Driving is an asset and reliable transportation is preferred for client locations. We offer complete scheduling flexibility, monthly planning so you know your shifts in advance, and a commitment to ongoing professional development and caregiver well-being.

Qualifications

• PSW Certificate or equivalent required.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Ability to work independently with team support.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Support to clients in their homes.
• Collaborate with care teams to deliver consistent care.
• Document care activities and communicate with families as needed.
