Independent Living Services Simcoe County is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker/Attendant to assist adults living at home. The role involves non-medical ADLs and IADLs under client plans, with a 30-hour bi-weekly schedule, and shift patterns across two weeks.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Staffing, you will provide compassionate, respectful care, maintain confidentiality, and travel to client homes using your own vehicle.

ILS is an Ontario Health funded not for profit agency providing support and services to adults wishing to live independently in their homes. Through our programs and services, we are able to assist adults living with permanent physical disabilities and seniors aging at home lead independent, dignified, and productive lives.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Staffing, ILS Attendants provide high quality support services that enable clients to live independently, within their community. Under limited supervision, this role includes assisting clients in their homes with non-medical activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as required and as outlined in the client’s individual service plan, under the direction of the client.
Pay: $26.28/hourly
