Independent Living Services Simcoe County is seeking a Personal Support Worker/Attendant to support adults living independently at home in Simcoe County. The role covers evenings on a full-time, temporary basis with bi-weekly 60 hours, performing non-medical ADLs/IADLs under the client’s plan.
The ideal candidate will have PSW/RN/RPN/DSW credentials or 3000 hours of community care experience, plus First Aid/CPR C and a valid driving license to travel to clients’ homes.

Week 1 Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday 3pm-11pm
Week 2 Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3pm-11pm

ILS is an Ontario Health funded not for profit agency providing support and services to adults wishing to live independently in their homes. Through our programs and services, we are able to assist adults living with permanent physical disabilities and seniors aging at home lead independent, dignified, and productive lives.
Reporting to the Supervisor of Staffing, ILS Attendants provide high quality support services that enable clients to live independently, within their community. Under limited supervision, this role includes assisting clients in their homes with non-medical activities of daily living (ADLs), and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) as required and as outlined in the client’s individual service plan, under the direction of the client.
Pay: $26.28/hourly
