An established industry player is seeking a PSP Development Manager to lead patient support initiatives and enhance service quality. The PSP Development Manager (PSPDM) role is the central stakeholder reconciling execution of Sandoz Patient Support Program strategy with validation of certain operational tasks at 3rd Party. Responsible for oversight of Field Case Managers (3rd Party); driving quality execution of services to patients and healthcare professionals; managing strategic partnerships with key centers; building and maintaining customer relationships. This individual builds strategic partnerships with a number of key centers on a regional basis, through joint working initiatives that deliver patient benefit.
