Salary: $100,000 Base 1st year, 100% commission from year 2 onwards

Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Business Development, you will be responsible for selling construction services across Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by proactively identifying and closing new opportunities
• Foster long-term client relationships
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and prospects
• Implement innovative business development strategies to contribute to company growth
• Prepare and execute business development plans for target markets

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of Sales/Business Development or Technical experience in Commercial Construction
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in Commercial/Industrial, Design/Build Construction preferred but open to strong sales skills and a relevant network
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
• Ability to leverage networks and develop opportunities
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
• Effective communication skills for internal and external representation

Compensation

Typically over $200K after 2 years, averaging around $350K annually over 10 years.
