Position: Provincial Youth Wellness Navigator
Salary: $74,663 - $102,660 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: 1 Year term with potential extension
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Sinclair Office, Metro Vancouver, on traditional Coast Salish, Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations territory. Hybrid work options available. Role will relocate to North Vancouver on Tsleil-Waututh Nation land in summer 2026.
Role Overview
As a Provincial Youth Wellness Navigator, you will collaborate with the Provincial Youth Program Consultant and support First Nations communities and the FNHA mental health team in implementing projects related to BC First Nations Youth and Young Adult Mental Health and Substance Use at community and regional levels.

Note: Preference given to individuals who identify as First Nations, Inuit, or Métis. All employees complete Indigenous Cultural Safety Training and develop annual wellness plans.
The salary range is based on full-time hours, with pay determined by experience and qualifications. The top 10% of the range is for industry experts with exceptional experience.
