Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support in a hardware/software environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Excellent written and oral communication in technical reporting and customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of communication protocols such as J1939, CANopen, LIN, Ethernet (asset).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering team with hardware and product validation to meet performance, safety and reliability standards.
• Develop structured, repeatable test procedures for new product development and continuous improvement.
• Test initial prototypes and perform special handling tasks to identify early design issues.
• Provide cross-departmental support with test results and product performance data.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software components to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Perform firmware verification testing to confirm operation and compliance with requirements.
• Create customer-specific configurations based on product features and use cases.
