Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform firmware verification testing to confirm operation and compliance with requirements.
• Create customer-specific configurations based on product features and use cases.

Job description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with technical support experience in a hardware/software environment, excellent communication skills and who can work effectively independently and in a team environment.

What you'll do

• Assist the Engineering team in executing comprehensive hardware and product validation activities, ensuring designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.
• Develop structured and repeatable test procedures to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform testing on initial prototypes, including special handling tasks, to evaluate functionality and identify early-stage design issues.
• Provide cross-departmental support to Production Test and Marketing teams by supplying technical insights, test results, and product performance data.
• Troubleshoot electronic hardware and software components, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions.
• Conduct firmware verification testing to confirm proper operation, stability, and compliance with product requirements.
• Create custom, application-specific configurations for customers, leveraging a deep understanding of product features and intended use cases.
